The people I work with are often seeking guidance and support with wellness issues such as: weight loss, stress, overwhelm and exhaustion, meaning and purpose, physical vitality, lifestyle habits, self-image and self-care.
Our work together is designed to help you alleviate stress and tension, and find satisfaction in everyday life. You can expect me to listen to you without judgment, gently challenge you and offer opportunities for you to discover new ways of relating to your body, current challenges and life that work best for you.
Most clients choose to work together in blocks of 3-6 sessions over a period of 1-3 months. Some clients want continued guidance and support with their challenges and commit to additional sessions over a longer period of time. Other clients come in for periodic guidance and support after completing an initial block of sessions.
Everyone’s needs, goals and circumstances are different so there are many ways to work with each person. Sessions can be conducted in-person or by phone. The format, scope, timeline, scheduling, guidelines and cost of our work together will be discussed in the Introductory Session.
What to Expect: Format and Sessions
The format we will use includes in-person or phone sessions and a progressive series of individualized exercises and practices that will encompass the following personal dimensions:
- Physical Health and Emotional Wellbeing
- Clarity and Vision
- Insight into Resistance
- Satisfaction in Daily Life
An initial phone consultation is complimentary. Most clients choose to work together in blocks of 3-6 sessions over a period of 1-3 months. The format, scope, timeline and scheduling of our work together, plus guidelines for support and accountability will be discussed in the Foundation Session.
Foundation Session: 90 minutes $110
The 90-minute Foundation Session includes: examining your current level of wellness, what is and is not working for you, what is important to you, what you truly need, clarifying area(s) of focus, what might get in the way and intention setting. This session provides the groundwork for our continuing work together.
3 or 6 Session Packages:
These 60-minute sessions are focused on exploring areas you are ready and willing to work on. The sessions offer guided experiments, exercises and meaningful conversations that generate new awareness, clear intention and creative next steps. Your own discoveries, experiments and challenges will form the focus for sessions, rather than a formulaic plan.
3-Session Package: 60-minutes each $255
6-Session Package: 60 minutes each $459 (10% off)

- jointly designed intention and outcomes for each session
- support for developing new awareness and new actions to get you what you want
- summary of action steps and home exercises for each session
- email check-in between sessions.
